Choosing no substitutions would tend to imply that there would be no substitutions. Wouldn't it be great if they could spell the names of their own products correctly, too? The first substitution is more rude than it first appears here, as they attempted to charge the same amount for the 2 x 32oz packets as for the single 80oz packet. The second substitution is just crazy. "Coffee cake". "Gum". Similar? You decide.

This was back in 2005, so you can expect different results today!
