When looking for a company from which to buy a product, it's very hard to know who the honest sellers are and who the charlatans are. Unfortunately, WatchzWorld is not one of the honest sellers. I ordered a Casio Databank DBC1500-1 from them and paid extra for UPS shipping. They took a few days to process the order, and then sent it USPS. They never asked me if I would mind. They never offered to refund the difference in cost. When I requested it, they begrudgingly credited me for the difference.

When the package was thrown (literally) onto the doorstep by the USPS man, I eagerly went and retrieved it. That was when I found out that the watch supplied wasn't the one I ordered! When I asked for the correct model to be supplied, I was told: "Unfortunately the model that you ordered is discontinued and is no longer available. The only one that we have is what we have sent you. We apologize about this but we hope you will enjoy the watch."

I did find an online shop which really was selling this watch. That site has since run out too, and they therefore mark the model as no longer available. Meanwhile, months later, WatchzWorld is still showing the DBC1500-1 as an available product, misleading and ripping off other unsuspecting shoppers.
